Derek Pain finally feels true CBT! His privates are tied to a string that ends in a suspended bucket and the diabolical Dom begins to pour water. The poor man can only look on in agony as his nuts are stretched before him, inch by inch, their sack being tugged further and further away from his flaccid cock. Physics does the trick, and Derek's balls take some serious punishment.
